Rule 25
To Renew The License
-
(1) The license issued in accordance with the Act  and these Rules shall have to be renewed one year before the expiry of the  period as mentioned in the license.
(2) While renewing a license pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section  5 of the Act, an amount ………………..as prescribed in Schedule-11 shall be charged.
